Update 1.0.6M: Modding Re-integration, 2 New Modes, New Character, and more.

Update 1.0.6M.3
Preview 1 / Hotfix 1-3 for this update introduces a new Main Menu Game Mode: Demons. With new logic, true Death, and Map Selection UI (featuring the 3 survival maps). This is a mode which forces a 'Classic Demons' experience, stripped of all the map exits, NPCs, and Story Moments. It also introduces hundreds more demon SFX, with some bug fixes, corrections, and much more. Some new content is shared between all modes, such as the new Survival Event, with new dynamic Post Processing, Voice Lines, Demon Models, and logic. 1 new Loading Screen Wallpaper was added, and a new 'Quick View' for Construction Parts was added to the HUD. Finally, Loading Screen time for all content has also been optimised.
The core update focuses on re-designing outdated content, along with re-introducing full modding support! Now shipping with the modding files on Steam, including new documentation, various upload tools, more functions/variables available, and more. Typical things like load orders, version control, crash-prevention, local mods, all work without issues. Also including workshop mod support for the first time! Now to the main improvements, firstly, if you listen to your husband instead of sleeping, you get a new Hallucination which restores 'dark progress' with new visual themes. The Stat System has also been completely redesigned, which adds new UI, Tooltips, Logic, and much more. This new system focuses on complimenting the game systems instead of taking them over, for example, neglecting Hunger won't kill you, but it will reduce the amount of hits it takes to kill you. Another example, these new stats are mostly event-based (sleep, travel, etc), not time based, reducing the most common pain points with the old system. Food sources will also spawn across the main floor randomly with popups, with a new vendor included for 'Treatments'. Overall, this makes survival more natural and suiting to the gameplay. For smaller changes, Music and UI had some fixes. Finally, the old story intro has been restored using a brand new 'Story Mode' UI, letting the player choose to start the story as Lyreath (the new intro) or The Goddess of Death (the old intro).
If you would like to test Elysia Sector: The Unknown, or your hiring and want to check out my work before making a commitment, make a request for a key and I will get back to you! My current testing build pipeline is through Steamworks.
