General Fixes, Companion, NPCs, and Dream Changes. Along with much more.

  • Companion Added - "Avelia", using a Custom Companion System.

  • Survival Map Added to Elevator - "Containment", an infested bio-snowscape bunker.

  • Fixed major hit detection issues with Flying and Crawling Demons (melee and ranged).

  • Weapon Added to Systems and Loot Pools - "HDFC Shotgun"**

  • **For balance, there is no Shotgun attachments or modifiers.

  • New Custom NPC Added to Main Floor - "Soulchaser" (On Day 4)

  • Soulchaser NPC has 2 new custom voice lines, with more to come.

  • Soulchaser NPC will exchange Souls for New Maps in later updates.

  • Flashlight increased in Intensity

  • Flashlight now uses an IES Texture

  • Tunnel Dreams chasing sound is 10% louder*

  • Tunnel Dreams chasing light is 100% brighter*

  • Tunnel Dreams now have UI Indicators for Souls*

  • Weapons should get stuck after reloading much less often.

  • Player Clothing, Cape, Hood, and Physics Improved. It's also much more stable.

  • Tweaked how the Skin System affects the Player Face over time, starting later by default.

  • Time accepted for sleeping is now between 7PM and 5AM. Sleeping after midnight still skips a day.

  • Construction Zone now has a tooltip for sleeping, showing accepted times for starting sleep.

  • Avelia has 88 new voicelines, mapped to 14 different locations you explore, this amount will grow.

  • Avelia follows you, speaks to you, comments randomly, and helps in combat. All to be improved.

  • Avelia speaks 5-10 random lines per area, once at a time, semi-randomly, with cooldowns.

  • Avelia semi-copies the Players Movement/Animations, avoiding heavy NavMesh/AI requirements.

  • Avelia has a new Custom AI Combat System, she can fight nearby Demons with a unique Pistol.

  • Avelia's model and textures are different from the base female assets, completely unique.

  • Teleport removed from Construction Zone. You must use the elevator to access it now.

  • If current Demon count freezes for 30s+, all demons die, and the next wave is force started.

  • Some older demon types removed from the spawning system in favour of stability and performance.

  • Avelia can be recruited after a short sequence, she will then have all features ready and available.

  • New maps will cost 1 Soul from Soulchaser, a final product of the Materials/Vendors System.

  • New Map doesn't have any vendors or sub-floors, but increased loot and increased demon spawns.

  • New Map re-uses cut content from Beta 4, re-accessable, with improved snowstorms and lighting.

  • Note Hallucinations Replacement should now trigger correctly on all new saves, both Survival and Story.

  • Bullet damage for the Pistol increased by 120%, affects Player and Companion.

  • 'Bio' type maps have improved landscape prop spawning, and much more Demon spawns, matching Storage Floors.

  • Loot drops on Survival maps has been increased by 15%.

  • Added camera animation when Hallucinations are triggered.

  • Timing of lighting transitioning from Reality to Elysia improved.
